The work

IBM Latin America required a team in Mexico City to complete this project for Banorte, a national bank in Mexico. The project was to create a new app and a new time saving interface for both their 8 button and touchscreen ATMs. The job was to work with the user experience teams and introduce Banorte’s new brand across both channels. The team started with a week long workshop in the city, bringing staff in from Monterrey to give us a great idea of their objectives, their knowledge of competitors apps and to also give us great insight in to how banks and ATMs were used in Mexico. After 3 months we were able to hand over high level designs and guidelines to the in-house design team who continued to develop the rest of the screens.
